Phoenix Mentorship

"Helping Girls Rise Higher, Together."

The Phoenix Mentorship Program empowers girls and young women to rise from their circumstances, discover their voice, and build the confidence to lead. Through age-specific mentorship, life skills training, and sisterhood circles, we provide a safe space where girls of all backgrounds can grow, thrive, and be seen.

The Phoenix Mentorship Program is a space created primarily for girls and young women who need room to breathe, be seen, and grow into who they’re meant to be.,  We empower them to rise from their circumstances, discover their voice and build the confidence to lead .we provide a safe space where girls of all backgrounds can grow, thrive, and be seen.

It’s more than mentorship — it’s healing, life lessons, and sisterhood that lasts.

From Our Founder:

“Growing up, I didn’t know how to set boundaries, use my voice, or believe I deserved more. I created Phoenix to be the space I wish I had — a place where girls feel safe enough to heal, supported enough to grow, and strong enough to rise. No girl should have to figure it all out alone.”

– Shay Nance, Founder of Give Grace Inc.

Through age-based sessions, participants build confidence, learn real-life skills, and connect with a community that lifts them higher — one honest conversation at a time.

We envision a world where every girl — no matter her age, background, or story — has access to strong mentorship, essential life tools, and the support needed to become her best self. The Phoenix Mentorship Program is committed to helping girls transform into powerful young women who shape their futures with grace and strength.

Arts & Humanities

Because creativity heals and expression empowers.

Through art, writing, storytelling, and cultural exploration, participants will tap into their creativity and discover new ways to process their experiences, express their voices, and celebrate who they are. Whether it's journaling, poetry, visual art, music, or learning about powerful women in history — the Arts & Humanities component of Phoenix is about connection, culture, and creative healing.

We don’t just teach girls how to survive — we help them express, imagine, and lead.
